A Little About Me
I am a retired Early Childhood Educator of 25+ years. I am a mom of two adult boys and a grandma of a grandson and granddaughter.
My passion for teaching young children remains an integral part of who I am.
I would like to share my ideas and lessons that I have used over the years to inspire you and your little(s) to explore nature-inspired creative art.
I retired to the North Woods of Wisconsin four years ago. The natural beauty around me has inspired me to create my own nature-inspired creations. I am the owner of Earth Spark Creations.
Encouraging Children To Explore Art in Nature
My purpose is to create early childhood art blogs. In doing this, my hope is to support adults in encouraging young children to find ways to be creative in nature.
Nature plays an integral part of young children's learning as they learn about the natural world around them. Start early on, teaching children to be stewards of the land. By doing this, they will learn life skills such as caring for themselves and others, understanding natural sciences, and exploring the natural elements around them. They will also develop qualities like gentleness and patience.
Activity blogs will be coming soon.
